Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

UK Mainland carriage charges (excluding Highlands & Islands and N. Ireland):
Orders up to the value of £19.99 = £3.99 carriage; £20.00 - £99.99 = £4.99 carriage; Orders £100.00 and over = FREE OF CHARGE carriage.
Highlands & Islands and N. Ireland:
Orders up to the value of £19.99 = £11.99 carriage; £20.00 - £99.99 = £13.99 carriage;
Orders £100.00 and over = FREE OF CHARGE carriage.

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 2.00pm are generally despatched the same day unless otherwise stated. You should recieve your order within 3 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail, DHL or Parcelforce.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, we will happily exchange your item or refund your money within 30 days.
All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery. Browns are unable to credit you for packages that we do not receive, we advise you to retain your proof of postage. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. The customer is liable for any shipping costs incurred returning goods.
